Profile of Betty Fraser
Taniwha Wool Mural | Tautuku Legend | Tuhawaiki | Louisa and Teresa Wool Mural 1989 | Chambered Nautilus

The work was a response to the deaths of two young girls murdered in separate incidents at this time. Nothing has been recorded in writing about the backgound to this mural.

It was located at the Balcluth Social Welfare Office, (now called Children, Young Persons and their Family Agency or CYPF) and measures 3.4m x .9m. After renovations it is now in a private collection of Betty's family.
